This equipment includes an actuator and a controller. During operation, users typically connect corresponding grinding tools to the floating plate of the actuator, which can be a dual-output shaft electric sander.
As an electric sander, it is consistent with single-output shaft electric sanders in that it is also suitable for holding sandpaper, grinding wheels, and flap discs for grinding or polishing.
Users can adjust the force of the actuator via the controller, so that the actual output force of the grinding tool is equivalent to that of manual grinding. Through adjusting the positive and negative values of the grinding force on the controller, the bidirectional output force of the actuator is achieved, replacing traditional grinding methods.
